4 things to check out today

Here's a few things that have crossed my news desk today....

1. Have you heard about this new weight loss drug called "alli"? I saw the setup at Wal-Mart for it. Apparently it's supposed to be the next big thing in weight loss or something. It does have one side effect though...and this guy wrote a very funny blog entry about it.

2. Want to learn about power napping? This site shows you how to fall asleep anywhere. One of the ways this works is by listening to an mp3 with white noise on it. They have different length mp3s that gradually play the white noise and then as the time winds down, it plays noises to wake you up. As I have said before, I have trouble falling asleep. I am going to try and see if this works. I will definitely follow up on this story.

3. They're making an Office video game. Maybe we'll get to play Flaunkerton, How many M&Ms can you fit in your mouth?, Dunderball, Will Creed notice the potato instead of an apple?, How long will Kelly talk?, or Pam Pong. I wonder if you win Schrute Bucks? If you don't understand any of these references, you need to watch more Office.

4. It was not a good idea for me to see this...(someone might get ponged if they're not careful from now on. muah ha ha ha!)
