A friend of mine asked me to come up with a list of my top 10 movies of 2005. Here is a great
link
with a list of all the movies released in 2005. I couldn't think of anything that wasn't on here. Here goes my top ten in no particular order. It's hard enough to come up with this list much less rank them.
1.Serenity
2.Batman Begins
3. Sin City
4. King Kong
5. Layer Cake
6.Crash
7. The 40 Year Old Virgin
8. Shopgirl
9. Oldboy
10. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
With that being said, I have a feeling that when I see Walk the Line, something on here might get bumped off. Some people might think I'm crazy for putting Star Wars on my list, but it is STAR WARS and it was THE final piece of a saga that we all have grown up with. I do have some honorable mentions I would like to hand out. These are the other movies on my list that didn't quite make it into the top 10 but are movies I enjoyed:
War of the Worlds
The Aristocrats
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Ware-Rabbit
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
The Chronicles of Narnia
Sky High
Mirrormask
The Producers
I need to see The Family Stone, Walk the Line, Good Night and Good Luck, Jarhead, Cinderella Man and Domino. Those could easily be in either list once I see them.
Feel Free to post a comment on here with your top 10 list and honorable mentions

Welcome to my new blog of sorts. I send out alot of emails to different people just about everyday. As of late it was suggested to me that I just post links on a blog. I thought it was a good idea so I'm gonna give it a try. If you want to email me about anything about the blog, please use this email: gobiasindustries05@gmail.com. If there is a problem with a link, let me know. I know the stewie and sesame street link has been acting up ALOT!. I'm trying to work out the kinks so please be patient. Thanks!
- I dunno if this movie looks good or not. I have watched this trailer a couple of times and I'm just not sure about it. It's like Mel Gibson has mixed the Passion of the Christ(its not in english), an action movie, and a National Geographic special in one. I'm not sure if this will be a popular movie. One cool thing about this preview is that there is an easter egg in it. At exactly 1:46 sec. in, there is a hidden film frame. Its pretty funny. You have to be able to search frame by frame. Just using the normal arrow won't work.
Here's the Link for Apocalypto.
-As everyone knows, I like the Red Sox and this was a heartbreaker of a story to read. A team as celebrated as the Red Sox with such a loyal fan base should be what any baseball player wants to play for. Johnny Damon has done so much good for the team. It was sad to hear that he betrayed all the Red Sox's loyal fans. If I were him I wouldn't show my face in Boston come next season. It would be awesome though if the night he comes back to Boston happens to be Free Battery Night!
Here's the Link.
- This has to be one of the best skits/short film on SNL in a long time.
The Chronic What? -Cles of Narnia!
For those old enough to remember, Family Guy had a great pop culture reference on this past Sunday's episode.
