I haven't updated in a little while

It's been a while since I updated the ole blog here.....sorry for that.
I've been introduced to so much music over the past few months. Which is great...I'm one of those people that listens to a lot of older stuff or soundtracks. I don't typically get into new music and artists. I'm trying to change that though. I'm so grateful to have awesome friends like Josh and Jesse to introduce me to it. I've heard some truly great music and a lot of it isn't new. Its just stuff I've overlooked for the past few years. I'm really liking it to the point that I'm going to be adventurous and go to Bonnaroo with them and the Burkas in June. It should be interesting. I haven't been camping since I was probably in the 4th or 5th grade when I was in the boy scouts. So I have to deal with that plus the fact that I've got to do it for 3 or 4 nights. On top of that I have to be with thousands upon thousands of people that might get on my nerves. I hope not though. I'm just going to have to get over my fear of being uncomfortable and just deal with it. Thats mainly why I want to go, to be put into an uncomfortable environment and see how I deal. I think I will be okay. Theres just so much about it all that will be new to me. I am really excited to possibly see acts like Metallica, Pearl Jam, Chris Rock, Kanye West, Swell Season, MSTRKRFT, M.I.A., Ben Folds, Rilo Kiley, The Avett Brothers, and Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. What's funny is that if you asked me about 3-4 months ago who some of these acts were, I would have said "I have no clue". As of last week, I had no idea about any of the music from Ben Folds. Yes I know, weird...
This is a funny site. I've seen LOLCats but not this.
